Room was very clean. After a missed flight connection my arrival was delayed till after check-in, they sent me a PIN code to get access to my room key late in the evening and did the formal check-in in the morning. All very easy and service friendly.

Location: about 7mins from the main station and easy to arrive with heavy luggage. Also there are some place to eat around this hostel Pizzeria, Thai restaurant etc). To the central Salzburg, it's about 20mins on foot and very simple way to go. Cleanliness: This hostel is the best one I ever stayed. I used shared shower and toilet, which were very clean and even these were shared, I never felt inconvenient. Room is simple and there were enough space. Hospitality: Staff are very sympathetic and kind.
Not a big issue but I sent several messages/questions to this hostel via Booking.com but I didn't get the reply. (So I could ask staff after arriving this hostel) There were no laundry so we have to walk to the laundry service in the city when we want to wash clothes (about 15 mins from this hostel)

Good location, close to the Hbf with parking on the premises. Good sized room with ensuite bathroom and all basic facilities.

Rooms were so clean and access to kitchen & fridge was a bonus . Owners were a lovely, friendly couple . Very obliging to hep.
