Comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Our room was ready early which was a bonus but they would have stored our bags for us at reception. Reception staffed all day until 8pm.

Its a bit far off the center but manageable. Shared bathroom was dirty but not because of staff but other travelers, what a shame, some people dont care about shared facilities.

The room was really clean and well equipped. The lady at the reception went above and beyond to make everything comfortable for the guests. She was patient enough to take time and explain everything and help us. The location was a bit far from the city centre (20-25 min walk), but there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which made things convenient.

The stuff was friendly and the room was super neat. Everything in the room was functional. The hotel was located only 10-15 min walking distance from Salzburg main train station. Recommended.
I only wish the pillow were little more comfortable.

Really appreciated the upgrade to a room with shower and washbasin, which made things much easier. The staff were helpful, friendly and personable. Good firm mattress. The location worked for us being a short walk from the station, and a longer walk into the old centre.
The room was a bit warm, and although the window could opened, this meant everything could be heard from the nearby shared toilet and bathroom whose windows opened onto an adjoining wall. I solved this after being kept awake in the middle of the night by closing the window and using the supplied fan.

Friendly honest staff, spotless , free all kinds of coffee and tea, infront of the bus stop going to the Center, 10 mins walk to the train station, mini garden and value for money.
Shared bathroom , we can hear the sound of toilet flushing.
