Great location with good connection to the city centre and close to a shopping centre. The accommodation was clean and quite modern.
For us bad-equipped and uncomfortable apartment, very small for 4 people, not much space for our things. It was rather expensive room too.

Room was very small, shower is the main problem area where water splashes everywhere despite using the shower curtain. Our bathroom drain was already clogged and shower water wouldn't drain. Had to really push the hotel staff to take corrective action. They kept saying there was no plumber on weekends - but why we care about their staffing issues. The room should have given to us in a working condition.

Near bus line to get to places. Good breakfast choices. Located in mall area. Near grocery stores and bowling alley.
Small room without dressers. No coffee or tea in room. No microwave or small refrigerator.

It was close to shops, had parking (18 euro per night) and close to a bus stop.
Our room was basically a hostel dorm room. Nothing more. Pretty bare. To be fair, we did book a bunk bed room, but the lockers finished off the look. The room was fairly dirty and the bedding smelled a bit. There was condensed juice on the one single small table in the room. The shower door was broken and covered in mould. Somehow this place is built to appease a fire inspector...every door is a heavy fire door with an equally heavy duty closer, even the one to the toilet. None of my kids could open that door...and try shoveling your baggage and a pram through a maze of those doors...total pain. Guess the NFPA scored this place 100%. There were tonnes of young students, chasing each other through the hallways late at night. Breakfast was a bit of a poor deal for the 12.5 euro you pay. The place reminded me of the places me and my friends stayed in when we were backpacking as students.

Clean decent facilities that do the job for a nights stay
Very small lounge area and kitchen that isn’t big enough for the amount of people staying g there. Luggage hold costs a significant amount of money and prices of food and drink are far too high

The room itself is fairly clean. Nice view from the window. Convenient location right next to a shopping mall — grocery stores and restaurants are nearby
Terribly incompetent staff! We had booked two rooms — one for our family and one shared room for our guest, for a total of four people. One evening, when our guest returned to the room, he found another person sleeping in his bed! We went to the reception, where the girl spent a long time thinking and trying to figure out what to do. In the end, after about 40 minutes, the issue was resolved, but it was a very unpleasant experience.
But a bigger adventure was still ahead of us… We had paid for a parking space at the hotel in advance. One morning, when we had a long trip planned, we couldn’t get out of the parking lot because the gate was closed!! The front desk was in complete chaos — the panicked hotel staff were running around, making calls, waving their hands, and had no idea what to do. Smiling, they told me to wait until someone opened the gate, but they didn’t know when that would be. In short, the trip was ruined, as we lost about an hour of precious time.
During our entire stay, the room was never cleaned — they didn’t even take out the trash.
The shared kitchen was very dirty, with an unpleasant smell.

The best part is that you can use the kitchen on ground floor
That saves you a lot of headache (especially as we are vegetarian)
Spacious rooms
Location was amazing (2-3 mins from bus stop)
You can take bus 150 for hallstat from nearby bus stop so you don't have to go to Salzburg HBF
They charged 4-6 Euro just to keep your luggage
That's too much as compared to other properties this is anyways very costly

front of house staff were very pleasant, facilities were mostly good, i’d say good value for money
the wifi did not work at all for any of the girls who stayed in my room over the 3 nights, the cleaning staff were very unprofessional. Did not knock before opening doors and completely ignored the do not disturb sign on the door.

- Ok location not that far from the old town (though not exactly city center)
Room was incredibly dirty. Hairs all through the bedding upon check-in (stains too), dirt on the floor and lots of marks and mysterious dried fluids on the walls. Outside the room in the hallway had clearly not been vacuumed.
Staff were mixed. Some were fine however others were short and disinterested.
For the cleanliness and location should have been cheaper
