Location is excellent, staff friendly.
Rooms need some updating. Please provide larger bath towels.
We were unable to move the shower head up and down the rod making it difficult to stand up and shower.
Breakfast was good, however, none of the hot food was ever hot - would suggest investing in some hot plates

Alex welcomed us to Salzburg and a long trip on from Vienna. He was kind courteous and helpful. After learning that it was Mozarts birthday and Mozart festival week. He helped me book a concert that suited our schedule. And the property is perfectly located in a walk only zone where all the attractions are walkable. Salzburg and Altstadt are Wunderbar! It was helpful to have a family room which was essentially 2 rooms connected by a sliding door. I felt the breakfast was decent with a strong selection. The location was very good.
The mattress was incredibly hard, it was like lying down on a plank of wood resulting in an incredibly poor nights sleep. Our room was dated it did not feel modern at all.

Wonderful staff - friendly, helpful with directions, transportation options, sights of interest. Helmut especially went above and beyond. Breakfast had many options and service was prompt - very pleasant servers. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very modern gym with the latest equipment and good spa.
WiFi was virtually non existent, incredibly slow when it 'worked' but disconnected itself every 2 minutes. Curtains in the room weren't big enough to cover the whole window.

Quiet, bright, spacious room with a pleasant view. Very clean. Tea & coffee making facilities. Minibar. Aircon. Nice breakfast with many options. Great location. Helpful team.
Small TV. No shampoo or conditioner. Just an all in one squeeze bottle.

The room was a lovely size and the staff were incredibly helpful, we had an issue with the key card and TV and both were fixed instantly upon advising a staff member. The bathroom and shower were both lovely and also the location was perfect. An easy commute to everything and nice shops and restaurants around. The hotel was super quiet and the spa was one of the best I've visited at a hotel.
The duvet covers were unfortunately unclean.

Excellent location, restaurants and shops less than 5mins walk from hotel. Less than 10min walk to historic old town. Family room was very comfortable with two teenage children. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Well located double-story room which was a nice overall stay in Salzburg. The service was kind and helpful. The room had two levels and was quite spacious for an old town hotel. The fold-out sofa was not ideal but this is common when accommodating four people. The breakfast had a nice range of food but was not as good as many other similar priced hotels throughout Europe. For a nice traditional Austrian meal, eat at the nearby Alter Fuchs. Overall, a nice, comfortable and convenient stay. I would revisit again.
Not a major concern but the room is need of a slight upgrade. The bathrooms were fine but feel like they are a little dated. Then again, most old town hotels have a similar issue.

Perfect location in beautiful Strasburg. Room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Our accommodation was opposite the main hotel with views to the mountains. We loved it.
