location and view
near cow stables so it smells like cow feces, pool water was cold and it didnt looked cared for. New towels had washed blood stains on them. The tvs are too small to even watch from distance.

Very clean rooms. Beautiful building. Calm and quiet.
Extremely meat and bread-based breakfast. Terrible coffee. On the map it looks as if its in the city, but its actually so far out that there are pigs, cows, and chickens next to the hotel.

Exceptional
Great location outside of Salzburg and easy to get into the city. The staff was so nice and it was exactly as it was online. There was no surpises, we booked a rustic hotel and it was what was shown. The spa was a little outdated looking but worked great.

The hitel is only 6 min drive from Salzburg city center and 12min drive to the zoo The wellness offer is grate with indoor swimming pool and spa Dinner is delicious and staff very friendly The nature around the hotel is amazing
Maybe the indoor pool water is really cold and the tv is not smart tv so you can not access netflix

Disappointing
Breakfast was good. For the second night we were moved to a different room which was OK.
First night we were put in a room with no wifi and with really bed water pressure in the shower. There were several service provider, one of the, a lady was very unpleasant. when we told her of our problems she simply said we are wrong as there is internat. It took a long time until we found someone who would listen and agreed to move us to another room the following day.

Wonderful
Close to motorway but far enough to not hear the sounds of cars. We had a good night sleep here on route to our destination but didnt use any facilities. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable.

everything was dirty ! flys everywhere . Bathroom was Dirty. The complete building Needs a good clean up ! I left directly after check in !
