There's a bus stop right outside the hotel which made it very easy to go anywhere. The room was very spacious. There's a really good italian restaurant downstairs. And the receptionist was very nice and accommodating

Everything was excellent.
The hotel is very nice, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, about a 20–25 minute walk from the city center and around 20 minutes on foot to Hohensalzburg Fortress.
Right next to the hotel there’s a stop for bus line 5, which goes to the city center and the train station. You can also get off at Mirabell Square and take bus 150 to the popular tourist towns in the lake district near Salzburg.
The bed was comfortable, and there’s a large window that can be opened.
There’s air conditioning, which was very helpful during the hot summer days.
The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. I had some unexpected situations during my stay and they really supported me — it meant a lot.
I liked the hotel very much and even extended my stay.
Highly recommended.
Some rooms are above an Italian restaurant/Pizzeria. If you don't like the smell, make sure in advance you get another room. As for me - it did not bother me.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is rich and very delicious. You can also have dinner, there is real Italian cuisine. They cook incredibly delicious food. The old town is a 15 minute walk away

The hotel was neat, everything was clean. The only major drawback was that when the window of the room was open, there was a strong smell from the kitchen below. We tried to turn on the air conditioning but it didn't work. The hotel staff were friendly. It is recommended that the staff wear their business attire because they looked like hotel guests.
