Opened in 1866, the privately owned Hotel Sacher Salzburg is a grand, historic hotel which combines timeless elegance and tradition with highest standard of service. It is centrally located on the banks of the Salzach River with magnificent and unique views of the historic old town and Hohensalzburg Fortress. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel. Everything seems perfect... All food was carefully curated to be very delicious and presented.. Rooms are great, clean and well located hotel.. Staffs are well energised and helpful... I believe they are all well trained by the hotel management

Location is wonderful! Just few walking steps to all tourist places; Mirabell garden, restaurants, shopping area. Salzburg HBF main train station is very near (5 minutes by car, 18 minutes walking distance). Staff were very friendly and arranged everything for us; transportation, tickets, etc. I highly recommend staying at this hotel; not just in Salzburg, but wherever it is available in any city specially in Vienna!

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. We got a free upgrade to an amazing room and they could not do enough for us... the best place in Salzburg by far please stay here .. The staff are amazing too so helpful and kind ....Florentina was exxceptional what a lovely lady ... we will be back ... THANKYOU FOR THE MOST MAGICAL STAY!
