Self-checking was super easy, there was plenty parking spots around the hotel. Room facilities were good. For this money it is a really good hotel.
Yes, if you have windows opened, you can hear the train and road traffic during the night. Having the windows closed, you will barely hear anything (experience from room nr. 110).

The room was clean and there was a working tv.
The toilet is not even on the same floor as the room but two sets of steps down on ground floor. Very hot room in spite of the fan provided. The hotel is located 2,5 kilometres from Salzburg - and in all fairness they do advertise this. But seldom has location mattered more. I wonder how this got 8,3 for location. It felt like so far away from Salzburg and with hotel rooms facing a busy road, not the right place to stay in Salzburg for me, so I shortened my stay.

Self check-in was convenient and the room was clean. Staff were kind, and it’s cheaper than accommodations in Salzburg.
Feel free to take this with a grain of salt as everyone has their preferences and my situation was quite specific - I’d also booked a single room which I believe is only the case for 1-2 rooms in this hotel. I arrived after dark and got my room card very smoothly with the self check in process. However, when I made my way up to my room (on the second floor), there were no lights on in the hallway - it was pitch black. I couldn’t find the light switch and had to use my phone flashlight to find my room, which was honestly quite unsettling as a solo female traveller. I did later find a timed hallway light switch outside my room door - but a motion-sensored light would have been FAR more helpful for finding the room in the first place. This is probably only a problem for the second floor though, as the first floor seemed well lit. Other things that made my stay not so enjoyable - the bed was also not the comfiest - it was too soft and felt like I was sinking in the bed. The room was also super stuffy at night - granted, it was a 30 degree day and I had the window closed - but given it is right by a railway I basically needed to choose between sleeping quietly vs sleeping with ventilation.

location is good, supermarkets (spar and billa plus) are whithin 5-minute's walk. Scenic spots and central railway station are also within walking distance (both around 30 minutes). Most importantly, the staff is super friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed almost everything about our stay. Comfy beds, very clean, awesome water pressure. Close to the bus and train station.
Unfortunately our room (and window) were extremely close to the train station, so that our first night was disturbed by loudly shouting (drunk?) people. We woke up at least two times during the night and it was difficult to fall asleep afterwards. So I would not recommend it to people with sensitive sleep..
