Excellent location and very friendly staff. We had a room at the back facing the gardens, which was nice and quiet. The temperatures in Salzburg were very high, and although the room did not have air con, I could sleep with the window wide open and not be disturbed by noise.
Nothing really. It's quite pricy, but then so are all the hotels in Salzburg.

The hotel has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the two rooms for use by all guests on the ground floor - the lounge and the bar - are beautifully furnished and invite you to spend time there for quiet contemplation and a drink!

The location was excellent for us, close to the heart of the city and also the train station. the hotel felt very homely and relaxing after a day of sightseeing
Please be advised, if arriving with luggage, there are around 10 steps to carry your case up to get to reception. This was a surprise.
