Property was well maintained neat and clean.
The escalator to the upper floor was not available. However, the property has only two levels, so if you have small luggage, there are no worries at all.

Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable, nice modern furniture, and very clear. They were very friendly with our dog, we even found a letter for our dog from the hotel's owner dog with many useful tips (for dogs :-))
The room was quite pricey, considering that we were 5 in the room and the location of the hotel was quite outside Salzburg.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet and the staff is very kind. Bus station and mini supermarket are close by (walking distance)
In the description of the hotel, it mentioned that they have washing machine, but they don’t have that service. There aren’t restaurants close by. You should walk around 15 min to find a couple of them.

Even though in a suburb, very close to city center. Planes flying over where cool, especially in the sunset. Very comfortable bed. Spacious family room. Heater in the bathroom - possible to dry clothes. Lovely breakfast area.
The biggest downside was glass bathroom door - light disturbing others at nighttime + door was difficult to close. No fridge. No garbage bin in the bedroom area (only in the bathroom). No elevator in the building.
