A very nice hotel in the center of Salzburg, with a perfect location for sightseeing. If you are arriving by car, you can park in a nearby parking garage for €16 per day if you pay at the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, and there is a 24-hour coffee and tea machine available for guests.

Lovely hotel, quiet and spacious room with wonderful shower. No A/C but fan in room was sufficient, even though it was a hot night.
Stored our cases whilst we explored town all day, and we got ourselves a well deserved beer from the bar next door on collection.

Very close to center, clean, good breakfast. Salzburg is high priced so this was the best I could afford..
Their bar attracts a noisy crowd who are mostly in the street so I had to keep the windiow closed due to noise.

I could never say enough about the staff and how nice, experienced, and accommodating they were. The location was excellent and it was so nice and relaxing having tea and coffee in the garden. Anywhere we needed to go we could walk to.

We enjoyed our stay right in the heart of old town. The hotel is a nice mix of historic and modern, and is a fairly short —maybe 15 minute—walk from the train station. It was also in a great location for seeing the town and the sights. Note that most stores close early.
The room was comfortable with a nice shower. Beds were on the soft side, but were good once lying down. We were able to store our bags then check in early, which was nice, and we appreciated the helpful staff. There were a lot of very loud church bells nearby. We also enjoyed breakfast. The selection was a bit light for gluten-free, but the hotel provided gf bread for me (I made a request with our reservation). 24 hour tea and good coffee machine coffee available.
The modern bathroom was very nice, and good products were provided. A fan was also provided in the room.
We would definitely stay again.
The room was on the small side but there was surface area desk and bench for our bags so it was ok. We were glad to have a fan, it was hot, but there was no good place to plug it in due to very few outlets in the room so we had to set it on the chair.

We loved the perfect location. You're just in the center but in a beautiful quiet street surrounded by a lot of local and very useful shops and restaurants. Whatever you might need you have it near in that street and you'll be in the heart of old town across the bridge only a few minutes walk away.
We traveled with our baby and the room was very spacious (including the bathroom!), comfortable (the bed and the crib they provided for us) and always kept very clean. It amazed us how fast they cleaned up our room every morning, we always found it clean and neat when we came back. The hotel staff were always very friendly and kind.
We would definitely stay here again!
