Nice and clean hotel very close to grocery store, cafe/bakery and restaurants. There is also a bus stop right across. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff are very friendly and have great customer service.

We stayed here twice. First time we were upgraded to a suit, for that I would like to thank the management very much :) the suit was great, large room with a comfy bed, a stand-alone bath, large shower and a minibar.
2nd time we were staying in a family room, that one was rather small and stuffy due to 2 small windows (not full size) and the wifi was not working on the upper floor. Also a kettle + cups would be great to have in a family room.
Breakfast was great both times. Staff was friendly, location close to the city center and you can also get a free transportation ticket from the reception.
No wifi on the upper floor, no kettle / cups in the family room, no A/C

Lovely rooms with plenty of space, and easy parking in the hotel underground garage. Friendly staff and a super breakfast. Free public transport pass for the duration of our stay from reception and a tram stop across the road was super handy , just 10-15 mins on the tram into the town centre, and runs every 10 mins or so. Limited parking but can be reserved ahead of time with the hotel - we had no problems.
Walking distance to the Stiegl brewery too (worth booking!)
No aircon in the rooms, but this was clear from the booking info.

It was comfortable, friendly exceptionally so, wonderfully informative and helpful.
The room was a little small for the price. And it would have been nice to have transfers included to the train station but the staff helped arrange a car service to the station. Thank you.

The location of the hotel is great. Well connected by public transport to various places, but also not far from city centre by foot. It has its own parking which is paid per day of your stay. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast has good variety and everything was tasty.

Nice terrace for breakfast, friendly staff, very comfortable beds, gave us pet bowls and treats for our dog.
Room was clean but the closed balcony was dusty and full of spiderwebs. Very small bathroom with door that doesn't close completely. Ceiling light in room not working. Dog not allowed in breakfast area.

The breakfast was varied and regularly replenished. There was a selection of different types of bread, fruit, vegetables, and also cake.
Location - close to a public transport stop, with various dining options nearby.
The staff were friendly and it was clear they were doing their best to accommodate the guests.
The room was quiet, no noise from the street could be heard.
The bed was very comfortable and spacious.
The room was quite small and definitely did not have 18m² as stated in the description. The view was of the wall of the opposite building.
There was a strong smell of cigarettes coming from the smoking staff near the back door, which spread into the entire room, and we had to keep the window closed because of it.
There was dirt and an unwashed floor under the bed and the table.
In our room, there was weak or almost no mobile signal - it felt like being in a fortress. We had to rely solely on Wi-Fi. Outside of this room, the signal was fine.
The constant scolding by the kitchen staff member - Sergei, was very unpleasant. That’s not something we wanted to listen to every morning during breakfast.
