Nice Location, iconic building from out side
compared to the cost the services are very poor. We paid 750 Euro for 2 nights. The room does not have even air-condition and not a refrigerator either. So this is the top floor of the building and when it is 35 degrees during the day it gets very hot obviously, so it is unacceptable not to have an aircon in this age, We had small ventilators but still they were not inline with the cost of the hotel. If you come after 1800 you need to check in automatically. There could have been a cute breakfast but there was only couple of bakeries.

Lovely ambience. Communal area for coffee and tea was excellent and a lovely lounge area to bring our desert back to eat. Great selection of herbal teas. Highly recommend nd would sta6 again

The location is fantastic, my only recommendation would be due to the heat a fridge either in the room or in the dining area that guests could use would be very helpful to store our water/drinks.
The room had not been properly cleaned prior to us checking in, there were someone’s personal
Items left in the bedside table and plastic rubbish under the radiator from a previous guests.

Lovely rooms and so convenient. Aesthetic was lovely too. We had a heatwave while we were there and there was a fan in the room which was a lifesaver.
We weren’t told about the room cleaning situation I.e. if you have the room cleaned everyday (like all hotels!) then you have to pay extra. The breakfast was meagre. Would prefer either no breakfast at all or else pay more for the room and get a decent breakfast.

The location was fantastic for a short stay in Salzburg. The single room was perfect for a solo traveller.
You can hear between the walls so it can be noisy.

loved the location of the hotel and the ability to park in the public spaces overnight was convenient. The rooms which we had were very spacious. Appreciated the safety of the hotel as well. Loved the back shared balconies overlooking the cemetery. Very serene place to enjoy morning coffee or evening drink.
Bathroom shower needed a good cleaning. Lack of mini fridge in rooms is a negative as a traveler being able to keep some snacks/drinks cool in room is helpful.

The breakfast although minimal suited us just fine
The noise from the refuse collection early in the morning and the church bells - nothing the hotel could do anything about
