Fabulous location and nice staff both on the front desk and in the breakfast area. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was close to the Old Town but quiet. A great spot.

Having a/c in just one room is less than ideal. Guests in one side of the suite were comfortable while guests in the other were very warm, even with doors open between the two. But we know a/c can be uncommon in Europe and are appreciative that you have the one.

The property was about a 10 to 15 minute walk from everywhere we wanted to go. It was on one of the main streets so we could walk out of the hotel take a right and be right in the middle of everything.

Breakfast in a very small area, a bit cramped, but okay. Bathroom was very small, with a hole in the wall due to a missing tile.

I booked a room for 4 people, there were 2 good size rooms within the room. Clean comfortable and a really good size room with a shared bathroom.
The hotel is on the main street which can be busy and also very noisy. We stayed in Salzburg early June so I can't even imagine how busy and noisy this place can get in the Summer. The breakfast was good, staff very accommodating and helpful.
