The beds were pretty comfy and the location was great. Located in a residential neighborhood, it was super quiet and easy to access downtown.
Got woken up both mornings by children screaming in the hallways or other guests slamming doors in other rooms. Additionally, the rooms were insufferably hot and our group of 4 only received a single room key.

Breakfast was as good as found in a more expensive hotel. Only fault (probably) the fruit juice was rather weak.

Lift was not working and we had to go 2 floors up with the luggages without offering help.price was very expensive considering it's far from the centre and no basic things (towels) were available

Hot water in the bathroom and warm temperature in the room
The bed was too uncomfortable that we would have rather stayed in our car. We felt like we were sleeping on the flat wood. The pillows were too uncomfortable, too. The location is too far away from the city center. All in all, it didn't meet our expectations as the price of the room for a couple is way above the average of Salzburg hotels. Th3 breakfast was made of packed materials like butter, cheese, jams, etc. The kitchen was closed during our stay due to Christmas holidays but there was no information provided in advance.

I really like the breakfest, and the staff working there. They always wanna know if you want something more, and if you are ok.
The location is not the best ever, but 20 minutes by bus it's pretty ok. Worth for the breakfest
