The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, easily reachable by public transportation from the old city. The Salzburg Pass works well for it. Kind and helpful staff. I love their focus on sustainability and 100% organic/bio! I wish more hotels were like that.
I traveled with my family and liked that we could all be together, in a convenient two-bedroom suite.
The breakfast spread was lovely, with a great variety of yummy foods and cappucino upon request. I particularly liked their fruit yogurts - they were bursting with flavor yet were not overly sweet like American yogurt.
We traveled during the recent heat wave: there were fans, but it was not enough and I had trouble sleeping; having a fan for each bed would have been helpful. But I imagine that during normal temperatures this is not an issue.

Nice hotel not too far away from the center (you just need to catch a bus from the stop which literally in front of the hotel).
The breakfast is really excellent, the best I have had for a long time.

Excellent small hotel. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, all the amenities you need are available. Very friendly staff. Nice area of the city, easy accessible from the A1. Proximity to the downtown, the hotel offers for free bus tickets and the bus stop is just in front of the entrance. Breakfast is something you shouldn’t really miss! Nearly all goods come from local producers, the choice is enormous. We will definitely visit again if only will be on the way.
It’s not a big issue and the hotel definitely deserves 10/10, but parking could be included in the price - this is just the small parking spot on the courtyard, not the garage. But it’s also true, that one can park on the street nearby for free.

Not too many, and I'm not a hater. It just happen to be the worst and most expensive accommodation in our 11 days/6 towns (Oradea, Bratislava, Praha, Salzburg, Melk and Szeged) tour. The parking lot are quite small, but quite ok for 10euro. You could park also on the street, for free. Best thing is they help us obtain Guest Mobility Ticket SalzburgerLand, as the bus station is 20m away.
Is good/important to know that in Austria, if you want a room with AC and a fridge, you will get this only from a hotel chain/franchise. Even we know that we was taken by surprise by the dirty toilet bowl when check-in (prefer not to include the photo, but the owner could have-it, by request). Hope the "bio" thing is not referring to that aspect. As we have the room in the attic, the wi-fi quality was poor (unfortunately the mobile data is the same, but not for them to blame). We choose not to have the breakfast at the hotel. I do not get why they have a Dyson air purifier but not a small fridge (where to store the well known Mozartkugel that melt away in this condition). Whatever, as long as other guests are satisfied.

Location and ambience
Excellent hotel with calm and quiet atmosphere. Our room was allocated on the 2nd floor and it was difficult to climb steps with luggage. Overall stay was good but would have been better with A/C especially during thr summer season..

Clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We also liked the “green ethos” of the hotel.
It was quite expensive considering the standard of the rooms. They were quite basic - but accommodation in Salzburg is generally quite expensive.

Lovely large spacious rooms, very clean & comfortable. Great location, very helpful on Reception and sorted out free local bus passes for us. Breakfast was outstanding and must not be missed.
Bathroom was enormous but the shower was quite small and positioned in a tiny corner, one of our party was over 6’ tall and it was a squeeze to get in!
Out of proportion for room.
Hot drink making facilities - no milk to go with tea/coffee.
Sauna - I’m sure it would have been lovely but we did not have time to visit. You must give them at least 55 mins notice to use it.

Staff were very co-operative, i was bit late for the checkout (usual time before 10pm, Received a call at 08:00 pm informed them i would be delayed by 10 to 15mins, they waited for me until i arrive and handover the keys and explained everything and helped to plan for my next day routine
Location wise it is well located from the central Salzburg hbf station.
Bus no:1 will stop right next to the hotel.
The WC restrooms are huge, same size as that of the bedroom.

The Guest Mobility Ticket for free was a happy surprise for us.
Breakfast is bit pricey, above my budget constraints, so did not opt for it.
I have booked 1 week before my arrival, so felt the price is higher, Booking.com did not accept the Hotel taxes online. So i had to pay taxes at the time of checkout,

Smooth check in, very kind and helpful staff at the reception desk, spacious room and well-equipped bathroom.
We had a room on the street side, which is very busy with traffic and noisy, so you have to keep the windows closed.

The staff was extremely nice, the bedroom was very well clean and the mattress of the bed was super comfortable! Even though it's not located in the city center, the bus connections are really good, and the Guest Mobility Ticket for free was a happy surprise for us.
We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as this was a bit too expensive for us.

Zero respect for privacy. Stay away.
I checked in, entered my room, and got ready to rest. Just ten minutes later, a woman barged in without knocking—while I was in my underwear. She said she was from housekeeping and needed to “put something in the room.” I shouted “Get out!” but she ignored me and kept repeating herself. Only after a loud back-and-forth did she finally leave.
I reported this to reception, expecting at least concern. Instead, the staff brushed it off. I asked the manager if she’d feel safe if someone walked into her room like that. Her answer? “It happens. I wouldn’t care.”
That’s all you need to know about how this place treats your safety and privacy. Look elsewhere.
By the way, on google review property answered that we didnt lock the room. There is no physical possibility to lock the room as it was classic card lock, to open you use a card and there is no additional physical lock on the inside of the door. Ridiculous. Why to lie about it?

Everything! This hotel is like a postcard! Everything was so clean and well organized and decorated, just great. I liked all the details. The staff was just lovely, they helped us a lot and supported us. The breakfast was great. Lots of healthy stuff, too.
We received free tickets for the bus for all the family during our stay!
We recommend that hotel, if you want to feel the spirit of Salzburg.
The room was at the roof floor and we bumped our head many times, because of the sloped ceiling.
