the room was a decent size, big windows for fresh air and AC which was nice. the bathroom was good size as well. the location was very good as the tram/bus below takes you directly to the salzburg central station in about 15/20mins and through the old town/city centre in around 10mins depending on other traffic.
I didn't find the room super clean or that it has been dusted on some surfaces. the shower drain wouldn't drain and shower kept filling up as I showered so I would have to wait, also the hot water was not very hot and I felt cold at some points. I would have liked a robe or some slippers. A bottle of water/mini fridge in the room upon arrival would be as well. I found the buffet breakfast not that impressive for an astounding $19.50 euro. I have had amazing massive breakfasts for that same price or less. I think that is overestimated price for the options and quality. The staff at the breakfast were really really nice, but from travelling around the world and seeing world class buffets, I think this price is not justified especially since I had to pay separate from the hotel room price. Sometimes I found the reception staff a bit unprofessional or just like they didn't want to be there, I went up there and he has his air pods in listening to YouTube music and he didn't even notice me until I had to wave my hand, it just not behaviour I expect, especially for the prices you pay. I didn't find the staff very polite or customer service behaviour, especially the lady who just seemed like she didn't want to be there and like I was an inconvenience on check in, I try to be very nice and polite and I expect that in return. Maybe it's the culture I don't know. Though there were 2 men at reception that I found very eager to be helpful and smiling. overall, the location was great, but I'm not sure I would rush back to book this hotel.

The staff were amazingly welcoming on my arrival and were also of great help with taking my bag to my room, suggestions on things to do along with directions.The room was comfortable and clean.
The location was also great with public transport being directly at the door.

A very quirkyhotelwith lots of interesting artwork
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. A good half hour walk into Saltzburg but a regular tram outside the hotel, which only took 5 minutes. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. A nice courtyard to sit outside. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The rooms were quite small but had everything that you needed. We had the breakfast once, which was very nice, but we thought it was quite expensive at 19 euros pp. There is a coffee machine in your room so we went to the bakery across the road.

The accommodation was beautifully clean and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good a great selection of food and drink on offer with a nice stylish surroundings.
The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy and the beds very comfy.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it was good to have a cool room so it wasn't too bad.

I really enjoyed the art and artful atmosphere of the hotel. A bit different from the usual. Nicely appointed rooms. And very friendly and helpful staff.
The room was really small, as I was one person traveling alone it was ok.

On this night it was very loud in the hallway. Missing a bit of soundproofing.

Decorated in beautiful artistic way. Helpful staff at check in.
You have to pay extra for parking. The price of breakfast is much too high for the variety of options. The room cannot be fully darkened.

First the Staff greeted me warmly, knowledgable and friendly which continued through the stay. The hotel is charming, artistic and entertaining. The room was comfortable. There is a wonderful restuarant across the street serving local delights. Also a bakery serving up delicious pretzels. I will stay here whenever in town.
