The breakfast room was quaint and the food was delicious. Definitely the best part of this hotel.
The room that we were given was split into a split level with an open turning staircase inside that necessitated carrying heavy suitcases up and down. I am disabled and was forced to change with a member of my party because I was unable to climb stairs. The only thing downstairs in the room was a sofa and small sitting room. Bathroom and bed were upstairs and meant my sister who is 76 years old had to climb up and down constantly in order to obtain items from her suitcase and use the bathroom. If it wasn't for this feature we would have rated this hotel a much higher rating. This staircase was not mentioned in the description.

Surprisingly convenient location. Easy access into town by bus, and on the way toward all other nearby attractions (Berchtesgaden, Ober Salzburg, salt mines, etc.). Excellent breakfast provided and restaurant at dinner was superb, though decent wines were limited and a bit pricey for European standards. Room had beautiful view, was spacious, updated and very clean. Family run with 3 generations helping out. They even somehow (largely) managed to keep the second hand smoke from wafting through, a rarity in Germany and Austria!
Road noise through open windows and patio door. They also allow smoking on outdoor patios and balconies which means youre slamming your windows shut or running the gauntlet every time someone steps out on their balcony or lights up outside the back door. I cant imagine how unpleasant it would be to sit by the pool in the warmer weather. Please make the entire property smoke free and youll attract more customers.

We loved our stay. The well maintained, immaculate property was comfortable and memorable. I have stayed in 100s of hotels over the past decade, and Sylvie and family stands out as warm and delightful accommodation. Will definitely return.

Very Good
It has an Austrian countryside ambience and good wholesome dinner at the family run restaurant. The meal was sensibly priced. We enjoyed a bike ride around the charming neighbourhood.
Inge was friendly and welcoming. She and was the dog were the stars.
I find the shower was a bit awkward for a tall person as the ceiling was low.
A hotel information sheet would be useful in the room for guests.
One thing was my entire stay was affected by an unfortunate misunderstanding over the breakfast rules and a tactless member of the staff.

We liked everything! The location was beautiful and peaceful with a view to the Untersberg. The hotel is a short distance to the airport, and an easy bus ride into the Old Town of Salzburg. The room was spotless, spacious, had a lovely balcony, and the bathroom was ideal and well appointed. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Snoopy was a character! We also had dinner one night in the restaurant. It was the best meal we had on our whole trip. The schnitzel was the best I have ever had, and I have eaten a LOT of schnitzel. My husband says the beef goulash was excellent. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Can't wait to come back! Thank you to all the staff for a great ending to our week-long touring.
The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer!

The property was beautiful and very well kept. The views were awesome. The bus into Salzburg was just around the corner and so easy and convenient. Around a 15 minute bus ride. Easy to and from Salzburg. We borrowed bikes and rode our bikes to Hellbrun Palace. It was a beautiful ride on easy paved bike trails.
Breakfast was delicious and the service all around exceptional. I highly recommend.

Everyone was kind and available, the place was really nice! Unfortunately we found bad weather when we arrived, but the sight was nonetheless mesmerising. The room was warm and cozy, very clean and tidy. Bonus: there's a really cute dog!
The only thing that I'd criticize is that noises are clearly audible from one room to another, especially the water running in the showers, tho it wasn't an issue for me

This hotel is far away from the city center. In addition to the room tariff, we have to pay for the travel (approx 6 Euros/day/person). 15 Euro/person additionally to be paid if break fast is required.. no shops or hotels in the nearby areas.. so there is no value for money.

Everything! The location is spectacular and it offers a very serene and relaxing experience. It beckons you the second you turn into the driveway. We loved the "off the beaten path" feel with the surrounding mountains and small, winding roads.
And it offered a lovely respite from
the city hustle and activity with a convenient bus ride to Salzberg. Perfect!

This inn is located outside of town in beautiful surroundings. It was easy to take the bus in and out of Salzburg. We appreciated the free bicycle rental and rode the many dedicated paths in the area for hours. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff is all family, and they were very helpful.
This was the most expensive accommodation of four places we stayed during a three-week vacation. For the price we paid and the remote location of this inn, breakfast should have been included. There is no cafe within walking distance.

Excellent/warm welcome. Peaceful location. Hidden gem. They kept the traditional aspects through all common spaces. Free parking. Great and complete breakfast. They're very attentive to all guests. This is a place to stay for weeks according to my criteria. That's why we came here for the second time.
The Tv system needs to be updated. Wifi signal was poor sometimes. We regret not having dinner at the location

Bloberger Hof is located on the outskirts of Salzburg, which means we were away from the busy city and tourist section. It was absolutely beautiful and one of our most favorite places to stay. The room was very clean and spacious. We felt very safe going on walks around the area. And it was an easy drive to get into town and the sights that we wanted to visit.
This was a great place to stay a few days. Can't think of any way it could be better.

A beautiful hotel that I have stayed at before with my daughter. The location is perfect and the family and staff are friendly. The hotel's food is outstanding. I had the best mozzarella in my life (and I am Italian!). Wonderful breakfast and gardens. Swimming pool available too. I will definitely go back.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and the location could not have been more picturesque. It is a bit outside of downtown but the bus comes every 15 minutes and we had zero issues getting around. It was nice to stay outside of the city with a mountain right outside our doorstep. Highly recommend.
