The people in the reception were very rude; especially the night manager mr hishaam who refused to tell his surname. We had to explain ourselves to three different people at the front desk at late at night. We always prefer to stay chain hotels like yours but last night was not a good experience. I would like to inform you that We already write a complaint statement to booking.com. As it was late at night we could not find a new hotel but stayed in. Rude people and changing the fees after the reservation does not suit to your label and west western policies

good breakfast, funky room with open (non-transparent) glass to the shower, we were lucky to have a room with access to a terrace with mountain view

Bonus was Luggage storage, this was free but no tokens etc were given. We could store luggage at the hotel after checkout. Staff is helpful and polite.
The hotel is located a bit far from the old city although the bus stop is right across the hotel and the buses are very convinient to use to get anywhere as Uber is pretty expensive. The smell in the rooms are like they have been smoking rooms. Its dated hotel with a very good shower. The carpet was wet so we could tell water from the shower leaked. Its a design problem. Beds were ok, pillows are too thin and ask for extra pillows from the reception as soon as u can coz they run out of extra pillows. Very average rooms, dated hotel, far location but has Ac so we survived it. Not highly reommended but for one night stay its ok doable.
