old house expanded into a very comfortable and pleasant hotel. It has a restaurant, which is a plus, but its food is no more than ok. There is much space for outdoors parking, which will be charged even though they won't tell you in advance that they'll charge or how much they'll charge.
You can get into the staircase but not out as all doors are looked from the outside. If you don't like elevators, though. If the elevators happen to not be runing, which is what happened to me and several other guests, you're trapped. I had to call the front desk from my mobile. When I explained to the person who helped us that if there had been a fire we would all have died, she smiled and said, "yes, you probably would". That was the full extent of their concern.

the breakfast was delicious and the hotel is clean in general.
we complained several times about the air conditioner not working properly and it was too hot in our room. but they managed to provide a fan.

Exceptional breakfast.
Beautifully situated to see mountains from our room with a lovely garden and terrace. Lovely walk to the Botanic Gardens via meadows with just a short walk/bus to the city centre. Very relaxing.

Great Stay with Clean Room with bathtub and Convenient Location. The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus station, making it easy to reach popular tourist spots. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful..
