We loved the location. It was great to be staying right in the old town. Our room was very quiet with a good amount of space.
We has a lovely stay. There was no air conditioning but we could open the windows and we were provided with a very good fan.

Location was excellent, beds comfy, staff very helpful.
Only downside was no air conditioning but we managed. Shower head placement was odd and caused a lot of water to get on the floor. Also the hotel staff departs at 9 so no amenities or help available (we wanted ice)

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the middle of Salzburg's old town, I believe. The room was good and the staff was accommodating with our requests. Good place for a single night in Salburg.
The room was quite warm in the summer heat but, they did provide a standing fan that did help a little bit. Other than that no complaints.

Clean, as advertised. More spacious than thought and large bathroom. Lift and buffet breakfast ( home cooked food). Good location below fort and able to walk everywhere. Paid parking close by. Nicely decorated. Lots cupboard space.
No air conditioner, pedestal fan. No fridge.

Great location, fantastic helpful staff who went the extra mile eg giving us 2 jugs of milk every evening for our tea (one oat milk, one normal). Bed comfy, great shower
Breakfast was 26 euros with no opportunity to buy separate items a la carte. Rooms a bit small though everything you needed was there.

Great customer service and location. I arrive late from the train station and a few days before I receive communication via email of the instruction of how to enter the proper the lobby was closed by the time I arrive. Everything was as explained in the note so all went well and again, the location is great and the front desk lady cave so many good recommendations.
