We got an upgrade to a Garden Suite ... beautiful room with excellent facilities. Super location ... within walking distance of the city centre.

Room: No fridge in the room which is very inconvenient
Room service staff knocked our door in the morning at 8:30 am asked to clean the room , told her we were not ready but leaving soon. After 10 mins we left and she saw us, thought the room would be cleaned in time, but when we were back at end of the day around 7pm, nothing happened, no one came to refresh the room at all, very disappointed!! Can't believe this is a highly ranked hotel in Salzburg, would not stay next time or recommend to anyone.

Close to Salzburg Hbf which was very convenient as we had to catch a train to our next destination, but still within walking distance to the altstadt. Very quiet despite being at an intersection, and super comfortable and clean facilities. Good variety of foods for breakfast and delicious.

Lovely hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. The room oozes quality with the furnishings, manchester and appliances all impeccable. Staff were on top of every need we had but also relaxed and friendly so we immediately felt at home. Room was bigger than expected and very comfortable despite extremely hot weather outside. Location is pretty good, very close to the train station but also a block away from the nice parks and old town. Highly recommend!
The immediate area is a bit drab with limited options for dining and shopping but an acceptable compromise for being close to the train station. Salzburg is a lovely walking city so it was no problem to quickly stroll into the old town.

Beautiful accommodation with a modern yet classic feel.
There is a stunning courtyard to have your meals or coffees, and there is a great range provided at the breakfast buffets.
The bed is very large and comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean.
The staff were lovely and helpful, making check in, parking and check out a breeze.

The hotel is cute, the logo design is pretty. Mostly the hotel is really near the train station, very convenient.
We got a very small and ill shaped room, for paying over 300 euro a night(including 50euro for breakfast for two people, though breakfast is not the worst I had but not surprisingly good either, but I still recommend the breakfast because it’s convenient and everything well displayed, you don’t want to look for a cafe hungry in the morning), I couldn’t enter the room without jamming my jackets on the floor. The curtains could not be closed properly so on a raining day the light shed on my eyes in the morning so I couldn’t sleep.
We live in Vienna and was on our way from Innsbruck back, we love Salzburg very much so decided to stay the night, we know Salzburg very well so I think next time I will go to our otherwise go-to hotel or come here again(because it’s pretty and near train station) but would definitely require a different room.

The rooms were spacious and clean and it was within walking distance of the sites in Salzburg!
On arrival the two ladies on reception were not very helpful or friendly compared to other hotels we’d visited on this trip in the dolomites and in fact we only knew about the free transport card because we overheard them offering it to another guest. It was also very disappointing to only find out on arrival that there was a 25 euro a day charge for the car park. The reception staff generally were not very helpful or friendly not even caring to ask if we’d enjoyed our stay when we left. We would not return to this hotel.
