I had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was excellent with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options.
The location was excellent, making it very convenient and enjoyable during my stay.
What really stood out, however, was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you for the outstanding hospitality. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to others and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great breakfast and dinner. Every day a new selection for dinner, very delicious! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was more than enough for a single person, very clean.
Because my single room was directly next to the hall connecting all other rooms it meant that I could hear every guest come and go through the wall. This was a problem that I could handle for most of the week, it was a little annoying for the last night when we had to go to bed early so we could have a early start.

Well located to access the slopes, there's a frequent shuttle service with a very friendly and helpful driver. Staff were all very friendly and the breakfast and evening meal buffets were varied and plentiful.
Limited parking at the hotel, just for luggage drop off or collection, main car park is some distance away on the main road. Steep ramp up to the hotel from the road...a bit of a challenge in ski boots!

Location was perfect, fabulous views of the mountains, they offer a shuttle to and from the shattberg express, or you can catch the bus just down the road. Food was delicious buffet style for each meal. Room was spacious, warm and comfortable, cleaned each day and clean towels every other day. Carpark directly opposite the road for hotel guests. And lovely hot sauna open 3pm onwards.
The driveway up to the hotel could do with some maintenance, and maybe separate the balcony’s for more privacy. But wasn’t a big issue.

We spent four excellent days at Panorama Landhaus. People were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a halfboard stay and the dinners were delicious. My wife has a food allergy, the chef took it into account and modified dinners. We really appreciated it. The property was providing shuttle service to the lifts, which was very convenient.
The rooms are getting old but compared to other properties it is matches the price.

Some of the cooked breakfast items could have been hotter. The containers to keep food warm weren’t very effective.

The room as great for three of us, plenty of room and a great balcony with lovely views. When it came to food, this was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty to choose from. In the evenings, dinner was available from 18:30 to 21:00. This was great for those evenings where we wanted a little extra Apres ski time. Dinner was buffet style and again, with plenty of choice and lovely food. Each evening there was salad, soup and a number of main choice including vegetarian options plus a nice desert. The hotel also has its own minibus and provided lifts to and from the lifts each day which was much appreciated.
Nothing, it was great, including the lovely attentive staff.

Stuff hoped is to get things sorted with a joker card.
Appartment was hot and bathroom had a flunk of hair. Shared balconies were may be way to shared with kids running around our door and trying to get in. I thoughr balcony would be looking into forest,, it jt www looking into the road.. Break fast for us was on a verge of passing. Very few healthy options. Rotten oranges. Very dirty windows to look outside. We were happy not to stay there for a long time.

Location great, view very impressive to the mountains. Breakfast decent.joker card give good advantages, included to room price and is very useful.
Neighbours smoking in shared balcony, toom is often full of cigarette smell. Waste bin in bathroom was not emptied and full of garbage from previous guests

We arrived early in the morning but the staff was kind enough to let us check in early which was nice. Free parking was also a big plus
The room itself was not very big but it had what was needed. The balcony was shared with other apartment, but the view was stunning.
The breakfast buffet was nothing too fancy but it had what you needed. The location was also very good, walking distance to both Saalbach and Hinterglemm. Close to ski lifts as well.
