We stayed at this newly built Austrian mountain hotel, and it was exceptional. Perfect location with stunning mountain views. Cozy design with warm wooden elements. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

The sauna area is excellent.
The walk into town is pretty easy.
Good ski storage room with heated lockers.

When we checked in we were told they didn't have our booking. They were quite rude and it took a while for them to find it. They weren't at all apologetic when they found they did have the booking all along.
Our room was top floor and although we turned off our heating it was boiling in our room every single night.
Reception isn't 24 hours so this makes check-in/out difficult

The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast had lots of options which were always topped up. The sauna and steam room facilities were a lovely added bonus too.

Nice hotel! Modern, cozy and clean. There is a ski bus stop nearby, which allows easy access to all the lifts of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm resort. After skiing, you can relax in the sauna. There is also a warm room for storing skis and boots. Comfortable bed. Tasty and varied breakfast. The staff is polite. We liked everything very much. If we visit these places again, we will definitely choose this hotel!

Staff and hotel are lovely, the rooms and facilities are modern and very comfortable. Great location for the ski circuits, shops and lifts.
The road was a little busy but this was because of the ski world championships being held there, so I couldn't really complain.
