The location is perfect with stunning views and all the amineties you could need on your doorstep and a great apres vibe
The beds are really hard and make for an uncomfortable night's sleep

We loved that all our group were together, that said everyone still had their own space but we could all be together for breakfast and dinner. Location was superb beside the Reiterkogel.
A towel change would be great mid week.

Fabulous chalet seconds away from the Reiterkogelbahn lift in Hinterglemm. Location couldn't be better! Comfortable, stylish and immaculately clean! Superb accommodation for two families over Christmas , with stunning views, very well equipped kitchen, a huge dining table and lounge area, great bedrooms, games room and boot room.
A snow shovel would be useful for clearing the parking area and a washing machine would be helpful.

I like the chalet and the location
They are not helpful at all
they took 900 € as deposit and know more than one month they still not returned it back.at the first day of arrival I sent a massage through email tell them that the window is broken and the water boiler not working and at the moment they send some body to check the window and bring other boiler. and now tge said we are the one who who broken the window and it was scrow by nail why you open it this not correct and the chalet is withuot AC of course we will open it
