Modern hotel, exceptionally positioned, everything you need is there. Staff was amazing, especially Predrag, Zhivko and receptionist Jelena who attendedto all our needs. Even the owner came to talk to us few times. Jasna provided the most amazing messages ever!

Food was generally very good although dinner was aimed towards an adult clientele, my teenagers prefer a different style of food.
Restaurant staff were very attentive.
Excellent location in Saalbach.
Bins in room should be empty on arrival.
Not enough power sockets in room for guest use.

The location is perfect for skiing, the staff is friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean with a nice view of the mountains.
Given the price, I would expect larger selection of vegetables especially for dinner salads. Overall, the dinner was ok, the deserts were of a high quality.

The room was equipped with everything we needed, and even more. There are different kinds of pillows, bedding was top quality.. There is a special room for storing bikes / skis and even a bike-wash... For breakfast there is a juicer available, guests can make fresh juices on their own.
For breakfast - coffee machine isn't available to the guests, it's always necessary to ask the (busy) staff to prepare and serve coffee.
Around the hotel there is lack of grassy area, so it happened a couple of times that our dog peed on the paved street (which is not nice)

Crazy charges for tap water at €5 a bottle. Despite asking for twin beds I got a room with a double bed, we ended up having one of us on a sofa bed, not what you want when you pay a premium price.

our room was in need of refurbishment and looked nothing like the ones advertised but it was still a good room
didn’t like being charged for tap water for dinner. I understand there is a high charge to transport drinking water to the resort but even so…..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the perfect family ski vacation hotel and I can't recommend it enough! The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the center of everything with easy access to the slopes and all of the town's amenities.
One of the highlights of the stay was the lovely spa. After a long day on the mountain, it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The facilities were top-notch and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating.
And let's talk about the food! The breakfast and dinner were simply delicious. From the freshly baked pastries to the perfectly cooked eggs and bacon, every meal was a treat. And the dinners - each night there was a different selection of locally sourced ingredients cooked to perfection. It was a culinary experience not to be missed.
And when it was time to retire for the night, the beds were incredibly comfy. It was easy to drift off to sleep and wake up feeling rested and refreshed.
Overall, I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location, spa, food, and accommodations were all exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful family ski vacation.
