We stayed here for a family Christmas skiing trip. The facility was very clean. Sauna was very relaxing. Washers and dryers are convenient features for longer stays. The boot rack in each locker closet can dry and keep my ski boots warm which was a really nice surprise! Breakfast was wonderful, especially there is a made-to-order menu. All staff were very friendly. The shuttle to ski lift is very convenient. A walking/running trail across the road is easy accessible for non-skiers. There is a grocery store Billa nearby in walking distance for any daily needs. I would stay here again if we are coming to Saalbach in the future.

This is not my first time to stay at the hotel, but they change this year their rules and responsibility to clean the apartments, which is really was disappointed

Noisy rooms because of location on a main road as well one room was on having a window on the stairs corridor. Staff not so friendly.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and recommended for family stay.. near to zell am see and Kaprun.. they offer joker card and we get discount 10% in kaprun activity..
My recent stay at the Hotel was unfortunately marred by a less-than-pleasant check-in experience( evening time). The employee who assisted us was quite rude, creating a negative first impression. Throughout our stay, whenever we inquired about amenities or services, the same employee insisted that we had already been provided with them, which was often not the case. This led to unnecessary confusion and frustration. While the hotel itself had some positive aspects, this particular interaction significantly detracted from our overall experience. I hope management will address this issue to ensure future guests feel more welcomed and valued.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The excellent service from the staff and the thoughtful amenities in the room made my trip perfect. I can’t wait to come back!
The hotel is located about a 10-minute drive from Hinterglemm, which I found a bit inconvenient

Well-run place, clean, a nice-size studio with kitchen facilities. Excellent for a longer stay (a few days). It is set up well for a winter stay (skiing). We stayed there n the summer: a nice drive from town. Saalbach is a ski town!
Excellent breakfast! Helpful knowledgeable staff.
All good. If I had to “complain”, there’s no kitchen during summer except for breakfast. And make sure you have a car here.

The place is good and well-thought. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ski room is with lockers that work with the same card as your apartment. Comfy spa space with a really good sauna - I enjoyed that a lot. The breakfast is absolutely great, we enjoyed it every day - many options and products are good. Appliances in the room are high quality and you can find everything you need there, both for a kitchen and a bathroom. The warm floor makes the place very warm during winter time. We had a studio, it was well equipped despite the small size. The ski shuttle service is absolutely great as it takes you to the closest ski lifts. But also there is a public ski express every 20 minutes, and it will take you about 5 minutes to get to the lift. Also, there is a restaurant and a bar available.
It was complex with the temperature setting in the room, as it usually got too hot. So we had to sleep with the balcony door partially open in winter to get the temperature right. And yeah, you cannot tilt the window - only open it. Also, the pillows were not so good, but to be honest, we had no neck or back issues after a week on those beds and pillows. The air went in the kitchen don't filter out odors well enough, we had a smell after cooking for quite long.
