easy communication, very responsive host, apartment was good size for short stay (3nights), balcony is bonus, clean, kitchen well equipped, 3minutes walk to closest ski lift, 5 minutes to supermarket and restaurants and bars. Busy bar/restaurant under apartment but we could not hear anything in apartment however we could occasionally smell food from the restaurant. Parking spot was good. We were happy with our stay and would return. good value for money.
wifi did not work the best, pillows were super uncomfortable (pls consider changing it) which i normally never complain about. rooms are pretty small but we expected it, just FYI. otherwise everything was great.

All informations recieved before arrival. Self check-in and check-out possibility. Good Equipment in kitchen for cooking. Nice stuff. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus after spending day on trails in the rain.

It wasnt fully cleaned. Food staines on the side of the fridge, Brown spots in the bathroom and hair on the Walls in the bathroom
It was missing some chairs and a table on the balcony for the full experience of the beautiful mountains

The location was great, in the village itself. It was clean and modern. Everything you needed was available. We loved the Joker Card we received from the accommodation.
It was really small. And there was a lot of noise outside due to some building across of our balcony.

The apartment was great, very modern, great facilities, absolutely brilliant location right next to ski lift. Handy bread delivery and very clean entrance etc only a 5 min walk into the centre of saalbach hintergliem
only downside was there was no comfy sitting area, eg couch foe watching tv etc but its a small thing.

We had to use the bed sofa for a couple in the friend group. It was horrible. 1) The sofa is too short for a grown person ( they were 168cm and 178 cm) and both had there legs and feet outside of the bed. It is also extremely uncomfortable and it because the different seams and cushioning depending on where on the sofa you are, It did not really seem to be a bed sofa, more just a sofa to rest your legs on when you watch tv. We got some extra blankets from the hotel in a try to make it more comfortable and put chairs next to the bed in order to suspend the feet in the air during the night. It still did not help them.

We had a fantastic stay at Ski & Bike Appartements Forsthaus! The location was absolutely unbeatable, just 50 meters from the ski lift and ski bus stop. This made it incredibly convenient to get on the slopes first thing in the morning and avoid any long walks in ski boots. Speaking of boots, the dedicated ski and boot room was a lifesaver! It kept our equipment dry and organized, and the boot dryers ensured they were warm and ready to go each day.
The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The living room was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes, and the internet access was reliable and fast, which was perfect for uploading photos and staying connected with friends and family. We also appreciated having two parking spots, which made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased.
The beds were comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's sleep each night. Having both a shower and a bathtub was a nice bonus, offering options depending on our needs and preferences.
The kitchen, while functional, was on the smaller side. While this wasn't an issue for basic meals and snacks, it might feel cramped for larger groups or those who enjoy elaborate cooking. Additionally, the living room lacked a traditional sofa, but a large table provided ample space for dining and game nights.

Location was excellent, a minute from zwolferkogel gondola and 5 min stroll into town.
Check in and check out effortless.
Very good size ski and boot room.
Apartment small but very comfortable and well equipped.
Highly recommend it
