Once you had the key code accessing the apartment was very easy.
While the apartment in Saalbach offers a delightful stay, it does present a logistical challenge for early arrivals. We found ourselves waiting outside for three hours, as the cleaning process was still underway upon our arrival at 1pm. Although we understand the necessity of thorough cleaning, the lack of a designated area to store our luggage during this time was inconvenient. Adding to the frustration is the fact that the cleaning had been completed earlier in the day before we actually arrived and it was only the checking process that held up the key release.
This meant that we were unable to freely explore the charming town in the afternoon, as we were encumbered by our luggage and ski equipment. A simple solution to this issue could be the provision of a secure storage area for guests’ belongings.
Implementing this change would greatly enhance the guest experience, elevating the apartment to a perfect score of 10/10. As it stands, the current situation can cause unnecessary delays and inconvenience for guests eager to start their vacation. This would not stop me from renting the apartment again but I mention it so that you are prepared when you arrive.

Good kitchen facilities. Good location. Spacious, clean. Fast response from the owners. Helped remove a trash bin that was wrongfully placed in front of the apartment.
We were told an early check in is possible if the apartment is clean and empty before 4PM. Since we arrived at 1PM, the apartment was already empty and clean, no one has entered in between 1PM to 4PM to do any cleaning or preparations. We had to wait 3 hours in the sun with no place to store our belongings for no reason even though the place was empty and ready. This is very unfortunate and a very "cheap" act from your behalf.
Notice - on hot days it's very uncomfortable since there is no AC and even a fan can not be provided by the owners.

That people from Kristall next door dumped their rubbish at our door. Very noisy on first night but ok after that. Another bathroom would make it perfect
