Very Good
This little apartment was perfect for my partner and I while we were in town for the World Ski Championships. It had a nice view from the spacious top floor balcony. It was a 12 minute walk to the A1 Schattberg Express lift and a 5 minute walk to the H6 Babylift Kreuzkapelle where from the top you walk across the street to the H1 Kohlmais lift. Close by to the Billa grocery store and bus stops in either direction. Definitely recommend!
There is no WiFi in the apartment. Keep an eye on facility pool and sauna openings as they don't open until later in the day.

Great small apartment within walking distance from skilifts - added benefit was sauna and swimming pool

The flat was really nicely furnished, practical and comfortable. The balcony was super with nice view on the hills.
There was a supermarket nearby and the town centre was a few minutes walk.
There was a swimmingpool also, which was empty and we could use it as our own:)
We had a problem with the keys. The locker had a different name that we received in the message , so we spent more than half an hour to find out how we could get in:(

Building from the -70 but appartment renovated to 2020 standards. Nice, "what You need" for a week stay. Mountain view of Kohlmaisbahn. Supermarked and bus stop near by. Will try to get this appartment again for my next stay.
Problem with picking up the key. Dark at the keybox at 23.00 and we did not know witch appartment og building to go to. Tried to call the number "Booking" provided but no answer. Had to wake up neighbours for help. It's the middle building facing the mountains and appartment 47. Missed a vacuum cleaner at our 1 week stay. The swimmingpool could be warmer. Think just the owner calls this apparment for Bella Vista since no taxidriver know where it is. Casa Alpina, Florianiweg 453-455 is the right adress
