Food was good: Very good breakfast. Nice to have an afternoon snack also included, it wasn't generally super tasty although the sweets were always good, but great to have something when you come down from the mountain. Dinner ranged from the chewiest roast beef I've ever had, to an absolutely fabulous Hirsch (deer?) steak. Service was friendly, professional and attentive.
Rooms are very comfortable, nice beds, literally nothing I would complain about.
Great ski room downstairs. Extremely close to one lift, and very close to another, these two being the main lifts up from Saalbach.
A bit on the pricey side but worth it.

A lovely family hotel to enjoy a few day’s skiing.
The rooms were comfortable and warm.
The half board option was a great choice with a varied menu for breakfast and dinner which changed every day.
The hotel is very well located for the ski lifts and the town.
The spa faculties were a welcome treat after a day on the slopes.

Good location in the center of Saalbach with short walk to three different ski lifts.
Quiet comfortable practically futnished room.
Very wide selection of food from buffet for breakfast and dinner, and even for afternoon snack.
Possibility to park car on dedicated parking lot right behind the hotel.
Nice large and clean locker room with private lockable boxes for skis and boot including heated rods for the ski boots drying. Attached to the locker room are lockable boxes for small luggage together with toilets, changing rooms and showers. Perfect facility for last day of skiing after checking out.

The location of hotel to lift is very good. Beds are comfortable and family rooms are pretty spacious. Main entree in dining room changed every night. Breakfast buffet had a large assortment to choose from.
No way to regulate heat. It was literally 76 degrees in our room at night. Opened window to cool off so we could sleep but it seems family rooms are located on the main road and people are at the clubs all night and very noisy. Waited 3 hours the next day (and my paid ski rental) for the technician to tell me the thermostats in the rooms don't work and the heat is central and not able to be shut off in each room. Sadly, I lost a day of paid skiing for nothing.

Hotel is located in the city center close to skiing area. Lunch bar at the hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable.
Service level at the restaurant could be improved by focusing more on the guest not on themselves.
Infrared sauna was not working for the hole time we were there.

The hotel is in a fantastic position on the main high street, the breakfast is very good with a large choice of healthy items and some sweet treats. The boot room was fantastic with lockers for each room. The location is wonderful and it is nice to have sauna area for the end of the day. The bar is never too busy.
On arrival we had booked 2 rooms, the room for 2 people was perfect with a view of the church and the mountain. The second room for 3 people was not finished, painter and decorators cloths out and the beds unmade and sawdust on the floor. The replacement room was adequate but lacked bedside lights and did not feel finished. The dinner was not very good, the starters were a choice of 3 on the buffet, they were not always replenished and more the size of canapés, and the main dish contained so many items that they ended up being too many flavours mixed together. The Salad buffet was great. The deserts were again bite size but more like afternoon tea cakes. Please note that we have stayed every year at one of the main hotels in Saalbach over the festive season on a half board basis for over 20 years so have a good level as to what to expect. We also stayed at this hotel 21 years ago, which was a very different experience (one that we still talk about fondly)
