I just smiled, I understand, she must have been tired. After all, we are on vacation. She had to go and show us our table in that, we had been there several times. The lady owner threw away the towel, mumbled something under her breath and went to show us the table where we had dinner. That was the beginning of our vacation at Hotel Wiesental. Well, by the second evening it was getting worse. We should have dressed nicely because it was the Gala evening. He was a GALA. We arrived on time at 6:30pm and got our first meal after a 45 minute wait. And we had no idea what would follow. The husband ate half of the appetizer and found a 2.5 cm tin foil. The waitress didn't know anything, she was terrified to tell the owner. After 20 minutes they brought us the main course, no one came to apologize NOTHING. So we left because my throat was tight and I couldn't eat anything. NOTHING HAPPENED EVEN AFTER THE FOLLOWING BREAKFAST. NOTHING HAPPENED...
