Relais & Châteaux SPA-Hotel Jagdhof offers views of the Stubai Glacier, a large spa area, and an award-winning gourmet restaurant. The spa area stretches over more than 9.8 ft² and features 20 different facilities, including spa baths, relaxation areas, saunas, as well as a spa chalet and a private spa suite. It also provides award-winning holistic beauty treatments. Awarded 4 toques by the Gault Millau restaurant guide, the Jagdhof gourmet restaurant Hubertus Stube offers Austrian and international cuisine, game dishes from its own hunting grounds, and a wide selection of fine Austrian and international wines from the large in-house wine cellar. A free cake buffet can be enjoyed in the afternoons. All rooms and suites are furnished in Tyrolean style with local antiques and feature a balcony. WiFi access is free of charge in the entire hotel. Professional child care is available throughout the year. The hotel is amazing. Everything is thought out in detail. Staff are friendly. The SPA is huge and you will not want to leave it. The heated pool allows you to swim outside and then you find yourself in heated water, surrounded by snow. It's amazing. Breakfast is plentiful, fresh and of good quality. The views from the rooms are amazing. Plenty of parking space if you rent a car, and valets help you park it. Welcome drink offered upon arrival. Bottled water given upon check-out.
1) Some staff try to enter the room even though you have a "Do not disturb" card on your door. It happened twice. It doesn't help that there is no way to lock the door from the inside. Anyone with a master key can access your room while you're inside. 2) The restaurant/ bar tickets are not brought to you for signing immediately after you order, but rather wait for you at breakfast on the next day. It would be easier to correct charging mistakes if they were printed immediately after the order. We got a lot of wrongly charged 8 euro "Room service" charges that we had to correct with the Reception. 3) The Nespresso machine in the room is not free. A capsule costs around 3 euros. This was not communicated clearly to us. We thought it's part of the amenities. A person in a 5-star hotel paying 560 euros per night would expect the capsules to be offered for free, especially when you can have all you can drink coffee at the SPA for free. How will you control if guests take capsules from the SPA for free to use in the room? These 3 points above are the only reason I give a 9 and not a 10.

Cozy winter dream! Staff weee all outstanding and this chateaux was unique and beautiful. Shuttle to skiing and service spectacular! Loved every moment.

The staff are incredibly friendly and one of the best service Ive experienced in any hotel. They ordered a Halal meat specifically for us, which is beyond what other hotels would do. It was our second stay and was thoroughly enjoyable.

Hospitality was the strong point! Furthermore, the attention to detail captivates any guest. The restaurant, bar and incredible pool compete with the incredible landscape outside the hotel.

Jagdhof team simply cant get it wrong. Everything is so intelligently thought through with comfort being at the top of their mind. From service to facilities, simply brilliant!
I wish we could stay and enjoy the facilities after check out without surcharge.

great food, a wonderful wine collection, lovely and very professional staff. Owners were very friendly and took the time to personnally welcome guests. They asked us if everything was ok after a few days -lovely location for people who wish to ski, walk or just chill - An amazing place, we could not fault it in any way - it was perfect
