They accepted to checkin earlier than stated hour; decent breakfast; really close to Murzzuschlag Bahnhof from where you can easily take either bus to Stuhleck or train to Vienna or Graz.

Great location, staff was kind, breakfast had variety. The room was was bigger than expected and it was clean.
While the bathroom was spacious and looked very clean, it had an unpleasant toilet smell that was simply too strong to ignore.

The hotel was clean, the room was simple, nothing extra but that's what you get for this price. The lady in the evening was manning the reception, the bar and the restaurant at the same time. She was kind. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay. We could order eggs (omlette, fried) which was delicious. Parking was for a fee but we got there late and left before the clock started so managed to get it for free.
Staff didn't speak English so for issues and questions we could not go to anyone. Family room with bunk bed was behind the reception wall and there was a door in the kids' room leading to the reception back office. We put a chair by the door as with kids you just don't feel safe if there is a door where someone could come in anytime... The night receptionist was watching TV or something on his phone and it was loud, we had to knock on the shared door and he turned it down. I was upset as I emailed the hotel for a quiet room which they assured it will be but from 6am onwards we heard banging, hoovering etc... due to the room being directly behind reception. My issue with that is I specifically asked about the quietness of the room and they could have just told me the room is behind the reception... then I wouldn't have chosen the hotel and rather stayed in an apartmen nearby.

The staff were accommodating and responsive to our needs. A special thanks is due to the person I believe was the owner, for their kindness in returning our lost cuddly toy, even though we arrived during the hotel's break time. As for the hotel itself, it offers great value for money. It's simple yet comfortable, with an outstanding breakfast selection, especially for those who love muesli. I definitely plan to return.
It's regrettable that not all the reception staff are fluent in English. Fortunately, I managed with my basic German skills.

Comfortable rooms, amazing and delicious breakfest. Easy to park next to the hotel. There was a ski storage room. It is in the city center, but silent. All people are nice and helpful in the hotel.
Tolilet wasn’t cleaned and in the bathroom there was a strange smell during our 1 night visit.
