Lovely room with its own hall between the bedroom and the bathroom. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel couldn't be better located. 5 minutes walk from the train station. The restaurant also has a big choice of good food for reasonable prices.

Location was great however the room was virtually an attic and used as a storage area. Room 15 should not be advertised
The room was cheap however we had to make our way up 4 flights of stairs to a room that was an attic conversion. You could not stand upright in the bathroom

Location right in the old town with parking available. Short walk up to the Melk Abbey. Room was spacious, light and airy. We had a nice dinner at their cafe and breakfast was good.

Room was very plain and small. Mold in shower. TV was broken and crooked. Only one bath towel. Parking was extremely small area and almost impossible to get in and out of.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! Freshly roasted coffee every week, breakfast included, spectacular, picturesque location and the owner was very kind and helpful. If youre debating booking this- dont! Its a beautiful little town and this is the perfect place to stay!

Staff were friendly. The location was excellent and the room was warm, cosy, comfortable and clean. I travelled with my dog and the hotel and cafe has a very dog friendly attitude. The breakfast buffet was well stocked.
No kettle and tea/coffee making utensils in the room. There is however a nice cafe downstairs.
