These apartments are located in the center of Mayrhofen in the Ziller Valley, only 262 feet from the Penkenbahn Cable Car. WiFi and parking are free. In winter, guests have free access to the indoor pool for 3 hours daily and enjoy a 50% discount to the wellness area. The train station, tennis courts and an ice rink are within 820 feet.

Martin was a wonderful host. He was friendly and attentive, and gave us lots of good info. He allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated.
It would be helpful to have an extra receptacle for general waste that is not able to be recycled.

We stayed there at summer time and we loved all about that apartment hotel. The separate room for washing clothes was excellent. About breakfast - We didn`t have breakfast from the facility, we did it in our own. All needed equipment was available. The bedrooms were spacious. Also we had a possibility to visit local spa (included in the appartement price) not too far from the facility, that was super great, as far we had super hot summer this time.
There was absolutely nothing that we didn`t like. We really liked it all :) The only minor minus was maybe little space in the kitchen, but as we were just 4 of us (family with 2 children, one is actually adult), then we managed well.

The apartment location is very good, close from the centre by walking, close from the cable car station and to the river. The apartment has lift and washing room in the basement which is very good . It has also garden in the back and kid play area. Very clean and the staff were very helpful

We were the for Altitude Comedy Festival and did not ski nor did we go snowboarding. But if you would this was perfect, right next to the Penken lift. Als next to the centre part of the village. Though quit during the day and at night. We were very happy with the friendly host Martin. Always ready to help you.

Martin, the owner, is incredibly helpful and always goes the extra mile to assist his customers. He organized a delightful surprise for my wife while we were skiing, complete with a cake, balloons, and decorations. Additionally, when we unfortunately lost our equipment on the mountain, Martin promptly made calls and arranged for it to be sent to us. His genuine desire to help and his warm smile make him a truly exceptional service provider. The diamond apartment was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to the main gondola and all the attractions, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. We did laundry every day. There is free parking. The kids really enjoyed there.

Location was the key. Right next to a cabin lift. The greatest feature was the sauna from where you can see the lifts above. Apartment was spaceous as well. Never felt like 9 people was too much in it.

Martin (Owner) was extremely nice and helpful with all the relevant information and he made us feel really welcome. The apartment is fully stocked and very clean - looks new. The hotel has a very nice ski room. (we didn't use since we rented the equipment on site).

Two things stand out about this place. The location and the host. It’s ridiculously close to the main gondola. We appreciated this especially when coming off the mountain tired. Everything else is very close as well. The shop and restaurants and bars, etc. Martin was a super host. His helpfulness made it an exceptional experience.

Location, location, location! Only a 2 minute walk into town and the main gondola for skiing. Perfect, especially when you have kids complaining about carrying their skies! Extremely spacious apartment over 2 floors. Our 3 teenage boys took over the downstairs with the sauna & we had the upstairs bedroom next to the kitchen. There were 2 spacious patio’s where my husband could smoke so he was happy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed so we were able to cook a couple of nights. Also at the property was a ski/boot room with heated racks to dry the boots and a communal washing machine and dryer.
Everything was perfect! If I had to make one suggestion then maybe having a safe in the apartment so I won’t hide and forget our passports again!!!
