I really enjoyed my stay in Lech. The accommodation was very clean, the room was comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. The breakfast was great each morning, and the host Monika, was very kind and welcoming. The location is a pleasant 10-minute walk from the city center. I would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was extremely good and it was definitely beyond our expectations. Most importantly, the host, Monika has been extremely friendly and accomodating to our needs. The service exceeded some of the best 5 star hotels I've stayed in. For instance, she prepared a small cake for my girlfriend when she found out that it was her birthday and also helped print out directions and transportation when we needed them. I got injured on the fifth day of skiing and Monika was extremely helpful in booking a cab and cancelling the last day of accomodation so that I can go to a bigger city to see a doctor. She definitely made the stay more pleasant than it would have been otherwise.
In terms of the rooms, they are very spacious and clean. I stayed at a 2xdouble bed room without a balcony, which I believe is supposed to be one of the smallest room available in the hotel, and yet it was more than enough to fit our five luggage bags with lots of room to spare. The bath room is newly renovated and is very spacious and clean.
I would say that the location is a short walk (~10 minutes) from the town center and it took us a short cab ride (~12 euros) to get there because we had 5 luggage bags. The hotel does not have an elevator and we had to carry it to the third floor. Aside from that, there are no in-hotel/ in-room amenities such as pools, sauna/spa or fridge. Having said that, Monika always prepares small snacks on the first floor for the guests.
Only small body soap is prepared for the guests so we bought a shampoo at a near-by mart (~5 mins walk) from the hotel. But I believe you can request for extras if you need.

The host and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I was allowed to check in a little early without charge, and the place is set up well for skiing/snowboarding. I checked out and skied the same day, and the host allowed me to keep my bags there and she held onto my valuables during the day. I was also allowed to use the shower and bathroom by the ski equipment room to get ready to leave Lech that day, even though I had checked out already. That was very convenient for me and kind of the host! The breakfast every morning was very nice too, and the host made me feel like I was at home. I would absolutely stay here again.

Monika was a stellar host. She is extraordinarily kind and thoughtful and I feel that she genuinely loves what she does. She answered questions, gave recommendations, was helpful and so sweet.
The pillow was a little funky but that's about it.

I don't eat in the morning, so, no idea about the breakfast. The location is exceptional, I would recommend to any skiing or snowboarding lover, it's huge, slopes lifts are just a few minutes walking from Pension Mallaun.
