Interesting furnishings and decorations. The hostess tried her best.
Hostess didn’t speak English. Breakfast wasn’t as plentiful as at other places, though after another guest translated, we were given eggs. We found the bed and pillow unsupportive.

The location is excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The balcony with seating was an added bonus.

Breakfast was great, ski and boot room. Super clean and very friendly staff. Easy parking. 2 minute walk to a 2 man lift; 5 minute to the Ruffikopf gondola.

Breakfast was good continental, a very good & varied selection. The Pension Hartenfels was within 100 m of the main lift to OberLech
Breakfast started at 8am which is a rush if you want to get to first lifts. Boiled eggs only, would have been nice to have scrambled or fried options.

Very Poor
when arriving the very unfriendly owner told me she has no room for me. I was quite surprised as I had a confirmation from booking. it turned out they forgot to tell me that in advance but still did not excuse for making a mistake.
finally they told me to see another hotel 10min outside the village.
am still shocked about how unfriendly they treated me although it was their own mistake.
(sidenote: even on the outside sign on the hotel it showed room availability?!)
