The location is perfect, in the centre and close to all the main ski lifts. Breakfast is superb, and the SPA is well-equipped and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
The view from my bedroom balcony was amazing (see photos).

As usual, it was a truly pleasant stay at Berghof! The rooms were beautifully maintained, clean. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the thoughtful amenities, including spacious spa area, gym and restaurants, provided, which added to the comfort of my stay.
The breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The location is also perfect – conveniently close to all the attractions.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

AMAZING.
LOCATION: PERFECT
It's always a fight to book the rooms, there are long waiting lists.
In high season, íf you get your preferred room, it can only be booked from Saturday till Saturday.
The hotel does everything to protect that.
They are not flexible at all.
With Christmas you're obliged to book two weeks, =one week or a few days for example is not possible. They put you on a waiting list till the last moment, till they find a client for two weeks for example and then they say they are fully booked. Instead of they book your 1 week and get someone else that wants to book the other week..
that's very annoying.

I really liked the hospitality and the atmosphere of the hotel.
The owner (who was every day there) and the staff members were super helpful and very friendly.
Even though we arrived very late at the hotel , ( 23:00pm ) and the hotel’s restaurant was already closed they arranged for us some dinner to have at the bar upon arrival.
Every night at the hotel was something on . From a live band to a pianist the night after.
Every afternoon , they had the fireplace on and you could enjoy a nice warm tea from the wonderful herbal tea selection with a piece of fresh baked cake.
Excellent breakfast , with fresh fruits, lots of vegan options , fresh bread and delicious croissants, eggs etc .
The room was super clean with bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer , coffee machine , mini fridge .
The bar place , next to the lobby area was a big surprise. They served very good quality of spirits and very well made cocktails.
Excellent location ! Exactly in the middle of the village . Very close to both ski lifts, to shops and restaurants.

Our entire stay from start to finish was wonderful. The staff in all areas of the Hotel were friendly and Reception staff were very helpful suggesting various local activities. The Hotel exudes warmth and comfort.
A very small detail, for us the pillows were too soft!
