Once a week for housekeeping and you need to take out the trash also the working hours in the evening is from 1600 to 1800 which is not convenient

Communication with the apartment management was amazing! Always super helpful and quick! The apartments themselves were great everything was there. Only thing we didn't have was salt and pepper but that's alright :) they had cleaning stuff in the kitchen. Location was great close to the ski lift but closer to the therme!

Perfect location! The place is great, right in the center of Bad Hofgastein and 3 minutes walk from Alpentherme. The staff is amazing! The nice lady at the reception is very friendlly and ready to help with anything. The appartment is very cozy and perfect for a wonderful holyday. It is equipped with all you need and the wiev of the mountains is overwhelming! I trully recomand it for a wonderful hollyday!

Great apartment, very clean, beds were very comfortable, lady at reception was amazing. Everything cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped, when we wanted an oven or a microwave, they brought it to us. Excellent location, free entrance to the spa and we loved the heated floor in the bathroom :-) We really felt at home here, thank you very much and we will definitely come back!
