Great stay – highly recommended! Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, and an excellent location. Everything was well-maintained and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was fantastic- so friendly and welcoming! The rooms exceeded our expectations- large, beautiful views, great ammenities, very clean! The food at the restaurant was some of our favorite from our trip through Europe, and the hotel was our favorite place we’ve stayed! Will definitely be coming back again!!

Really friendly family hotel. Great sized room. Lovely pool facilities. Food was plentiful and our 21 month old was well catered for. Location is idilic and bad hofgastein is fantastic. Very helpful with activities - helped us book horse carriage ride and rang around for husky sleigh ride. Much more helpful that the tourist info centre!

Location in town center. Very good spa resources. Flexibility for choosing dinner options. Friendly staff ! Good ski room facilities. Ski bus station at 100 m. Modern furniture in the renovated rooms. Nice rooms with balcony.

Fantastic hotel, with great stuff, amazing SPA facilities, great food and breakfast, and really close to the slopes (with walking 10 mins or taking the bus for 1 minute - handy if you have ski boots on). I couldn't recommend it more!

We had an amazing stay. The room was great, we really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and it was the Perfect starting point for some great hikes. But the best part was the great hospitality. We really appreciated the lady who took great care of the breakfast and Mathias who seemed to work a little bit everywhere and gave as us a perfect experience with checking in as well as in the restaurant.

friendly staff, clean and comfortable place, good location, excellent breakfast.
there is no air conditioning in the rooms and it was really hot; furthermore there is a church located near by which starts -ringing its bells at 6am -this means that due to the heat and lack of air conditioning the windows must be kept open and be awaken at 6am.
