The Winzerhof is a cozy, family-run guest house with wine tavern and farm in Achau, only a few miles south of Vienna. Free WiFi is provided in all rooms. Ideal location for our plans. Staff were very accommodating when we arrived too early! Breakfast was incredible with lots of choice to suit everyone.
It's a shame we didn't have a kettle/tea/coffee facilities in our room.

Perfect place to relax and recover in Austria. Owners and other staff were super nice and helpful. You can get your eggs and basics covered with tasty breakfast. Highly recommend visiting the restaurant, chef cooks you incredible dishes. Also wines are certainly delicious.
Too short stay. 2 nights wasnt enough. Rooms are bit oldish, but that really doesnt matter.

Great location, 15 min. drive from the airport which was exactly what we needed to rest before an early flight. Breakfast was great, and it starts on 6:00 am which is quite helpfull for travelers who need to get early to the airport. We arrived rather late and the key was waiting for us. Parking was free.
Perhaps it was due to our late arrival but I couldn't find an elevator and had to carry all my luggage ( about 5 bags and suitcases ) via stairs. Also, the room was ordered for 2 people yet upon arrival it seemed like the room was set for only one traveller (e.g. one towel and one set of bed sheets) which caused inconvinience, naturally

The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The location is good as there is a nearby train station and there are plenty of P+R options if you are by car and visiting Vienna.
There was a lot of noise early in the morning and it seemed the walls were very thin so we were woken up a couple of times.

We enjoyed the great breakfast with extraordinary fresh and delicious bread (they also provide gluten-free bread every day), friendly staff and quick check-in, enough car park in front of the hotel, comfortable beds and clean room, only 5 minutes walk to local train station (hourly connection by local train to Vienna main train station)
