Excellent service. Clean facility. Exceptional location. Wide views of the city, Sierras de Córdoba and Lago San Roque from higher floors. Great restaurant on 11th floor with excellent choices. Stunning views of the city and nature from the restaurant’s windows

The view from the apartment is amazing!
During the months of so much heat, the hallways are very hot.
I suggest A/C's in all the hallways of tbe building.

I requested and paid for a King size bed.
At arrival, the male attendant was reminded of my choice. He instead gave me a room with two army sized cots.
I had to drag my bags back six floorsto the lobby, complain and then had to wait 15 mins for a standard size bed.
The next day there was no hot water, the hot water heater was not working and squealing like a stuck pig and had to ve repaired and recalibrated.
This is what I paid full price for? And not even a discount for the room price?
Awful, horrible.

The gentlemen at the front desk were very welcoming and were available to answer any questions or concerns.

The hotel is at an idea location for exploring the city. The underground parking was convenient. Breakfast was very good with great views from the 11th floor. The rooms were large and comfortable. The selection of channels available on the main TV was extensive.
The curved shape of the bathtub bottom made taking a shower somewhat difficult. I suggest a rubber tub mat to prevent slipping.

Modern facilities, clean, best location in Carlos Paz. Comfortable bed. Excellent value overall.
No coffee maker in the suites. Window in living room has a permanent vent to the outside that cannot be closed, we were in the 7th floor and the wind got in thru the vent all night.

Pleasant
The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and had more then we needed for a one-night stay. Lobby and upstairs dining atmosphere was nice. Secure parking.
The breakfast buffet was lacking, no fruit, just OK. Reception staff was nice and watched our luggage after checkout but also recommended a restaurant down the street that was awful (undercooked chicken).

The dinner was a disaster. Very noisy, it was impossible to talk, and only two employees were serving. It was really poor.
