+4 mins walk to the lake beach. +Several nearby restaurants, supermarket, petrol station. +Cosy, perfect for 2 people. +On-site parking available. +Great hot shower! Shampu, shower gel, conditioner, etc provided. +Nice building. +Comfy bed. +Marcelo was always responsive and helpful. -Internet worked ok (around 10 or 15 mbps), but was unstable sometimes (micro-cuts). Maybe better to have also a SIM card with data. -Utensils minimum but enough.

The owners Marcelo and Carmina, were exceptionally cordial and attentive. The communication was absolutely amazing!!! The place was extremely clean and very pleasant! Thank you guys for a great stay!
