Everything! The warmth of each room is like being at home with the addition of an incredible view of the garden and forest.
Cooking our own meals in their spacious and well equipped kitchen was a plus for us as well.

Charming old cottage in a wonderful location. Great value. A wonderful old world hotel oozing charm. Far better to stay here than in the town of Bariloche. Superb views drives and hi,e nearby.

We loved our stay here. We get exactly what we expected/ and what it was explained.
So its an old wooden house and of course you can hear the floor crackles but thats how it is.
The warm welcome from the hosts, the atmosphere in the cottage, the cosy living room, the spacious dining room, and the lovely garden were just amazing. It felt good to be there.
If you are more into nature this is excellent place to discover the national park. ( if you are a backpacker and on a low budget bring your food as the restaurants are expensive)

This has been one of our favourite places to stay in 8 months of travelling! The staff are so friendly and helpful and fast to reply. The property has such a. Beautiful garden and friendly dogs. It is only a few minutes walk from the lakeside. There has been so effort put into decorating the shared spaces and rooms. There is a huge shared kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay :))

No breakfast at the end of season, but a large and well equipped kitchen is available. Very friendly staff. A cozy common area, bathroom in the room a little basic but alright.

We loved this place- it had a very welcoming and homely feel with great facilities to use. Staff were lovely and very attentive.
Just be careful on the road too the hostel as it is very bad quality!

I really loved my room. And I loved my view. And the bed was super comfy. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful area, then this is it for you. It is not in the city center but it's got the best views in my opinion. You can make use of the kitchen so be sure to go shopping before you get here because there's no stores around. There are four restaurants that you can walk to.
The shower. It's very tiny but they do have a handheld shower head however it's one of those that you need to face down for the water to come down. So if you try to angle it it doesn't work

The coziness of the place, the warmth of the staff, and the property itself, create an altogether perfect "out in the woods" experience. It felt like being part of a love series!!
The fact that the place wasn't offering meals of any kind. We understand they were short of staff for COVID reasons.

Las Cartas is perfectly located in circuito chico and has access to a beautiful lake that was off the beaten path. Alaire and Vicky were amazing hosts and extremely helpful. The suite we stayed in was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was also delicious (best jam we had in our entire trip). The experience as a whole led us to extend our stay from 3 to 5 nights. We'll be returning for sure.
