The staff was friendly and helpful, even though we couldn’t speak Spanish. Wonderful breakfast baked fresh. Even packed us breakfast to take to airport when we were checking

I loved this accommodation. The breakfast was lovely, and the building itself was lovely. The staff were honestly the kindest people I have ever met. It was also very safe. There are cameras and locked doors throughout the entire location; not that Bariloche seems like an unsafe place, but it just added that extra sense of security. It was a very clean and well-kept location. The cherry on top was the goodie bag of treats that was left for us early in the morning as we had to leave for the airport at 5 AM. Just too sweet.

Super helpful and friendly host. The Hotels was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I had a Deluxe room with a view on the 2nd floor with a jacuzzi tub for $120usd.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with of sites to see in the region. Freshly baked pastry for breakfast as unexpected but delightful. Rooms and fenced property clean and maintained. Views are fantastic.

Perfect stay - huge and beautiful room, lovely staff, delicious breakfasts, and near to a couple of great restaurants and bars.

This family run lodge is great and I’m so glad I stayed here. Beautiful view of the lake. The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful. Alejandro gave me recommendations on things to see in the area and on my drive of the Seven Lakes. Loved the location of this property. Alejandro bakes buns for breakfast every day. Would highly recommend.

This has now become my basecamp in Bariloche or, more importantly, a home away from home. The owners and the employees are all fantastic.
Everything was perfect. But next time I am gong to reserve a slightly larger room upstairs.

They were always kind. When we left the hotel early in the morning to go to the airport, they prepared a boxed breakfast for us to eat at the airport. It was a completely unexpected and surprising act of kindness.
