There's an underground parking lot around the corner with security cameras, though it isn't cheap
It can be very loud at night from youngsters with loud cars and motorcycles since it's right by the main square.
The kitchen wasn't stocked well enough to cook much.
It's a very old building. You can't tell so much in the room since it's renovated well though

The place is situated just in front of the main town with a nice view of Lake Nahuel Hua Pi. Very convenient spot and close to many amenities. The host, Virginia is friendly and always contactable to provide us with travel guide.
Since it’s near the main town, it can get a bit noisy even after 11pm. The curtain helps to block out some of the noise.

My room 507 in Studio Center had an excellent view to the town square which was lovely for the New Year celebrations. The room was clean and the rental contract Virginia was very friendly, helpful and patient through some payment problems.
Because the room is close to the central plaza and a disco just around the corner, the evenings were a bit lively with the windows open for cooler air. However I enjoyed the location and would stay here again unless more solitude were necessary.

The location was perfect in the center of Bariloche, there are different stores, supermarkets and a lot of good restaurants at walking distance. The view was spectacular.
The apartment was clean, it had everything we needed.
Last but not least, the host is the kindest!

The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the city and lake. The location was perfect(a minute walk to the civic centre), within walking distance of everything, and having bus stops nearby made it easy to explore the area. The host, Virginia, was fantastic—always available and helpful.

Good location in the center of Bariloche, with an amazing view over the Beagel channel.
The fact that there was no coffee machine available at the property. having early tours each morning would have been handy to be able to make ourselves a coffee. Also the heating system is a bit strange but we got accustomed to it:)

The location, the view, the settings of the small apartment, the 24 hour reception, the owner.
I would put better amenities in the bathroom as also more toilette paper. Also i would repaint the 2 doors and i would change the windows and then-this would be a top flat for European guests

The apartment is in a slightly non-descript building, but the view is magical. Our host was kind and efficient, there was paid-parking and the flat was clean with a small kitchen. The location is superb, overlooking the main square. There is a small table to sit at and admire the town and lake below. Definitely worth it for a night in the town itself. The attached pics are the view from the property
