Silvia is very nice. The house has great facilities, like terrace and a yard.
Our room was very cold with no heating. The house is far from the center.

My favourite part of this place was a great host Silvia. The description of the place somehow was misleading to me as I chose a room with ensuite bathroom. But when i told about it to Silvia she quickly remedied the situation and provided me a room with my own bathroom.
The location is not central. You have to walk at least 35 min to the center and it can be a bit uncomfortable at nights so you have to use taxi. The description that it is central is misleading and I wouldn’t have chosen it if i knew it was quite off. Many reviews here say that it is well located so I trusted this.
The room is super cold and there is no heating system (there is one outside but you have to keep your room open to enjoy some warmth.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Owners are very nice and attentive. Silvia’s son was in charge while we were there and he did a great job. Good wifi. Nice patio to relax. We had a space to park the motorcycle. It takes about half hour to walk to the center from there but we enjoy the exercise and it is a nice walk. Supermarket around the corner as well as some local restaurants. We would definitely go back there

I liked everything about this lovely place.The location was very good-a pleasant walk to the main plaza.My room was clean and comfortable and opened onto a very large balcony-very pleasant in the early mornings.What really made this place stand out were Silvia and her nephew Lucio-two lovely people.Silvia was so helpful-she washed my clothes when needed and provided a great breakfast every morning.This is where I will stay when I return to Mendoza....Top marks....10 out of 10.

Beautiful home in an excellent location in Mendoza. easy to walk to all major sites and areas. Furthermore, Silvia is the best host I have ever encountered and has an amazing family. I could not be more happy with my stay and hope to return again soon!
