Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and good location. Good wifi for work.
Finicky shower, no dresser, heat was great, but not very adjustable. Overall good, with a few rough edges. Only a small step from excellent.

This is about as central a location as you can be. Ask for a room in the back (most are anyway) for total quiet. The rooms are big and have refrigerators and safes.
The only thing I would like to see change is more variety in the breakfast offering

Fantastic location at the heart of Mendoza. Few minutes walking distance to the San Martin park, restaurants, stores and Nave cultural. Complementary breakfast is always a plus. The airport is just a short uber ride away

Great location, very friendly staff
Claustrophobic, has no outside windows, only view to an indoor “patio”, so you see nothing but other walls, plus the curtains are bad, so they don’t properly block the light . Doors are also not well isolated, the light from the hall gets in by the sides of the door.

The room was huge and very nicely decorated. There was a small pool and sun terrace just half a floor down. Right bang in the middle of the city.
Staff was a bit stand off and the cleaner emptied the bin in to the toilet without flushing. I had thrown sanitary pads, cotton pads, make up wipes and tissues in the bin. Just lucky it didn't get blocked. Why did she do that? Also my room faced the main plaza and it was extremely noisy until late.

As other reviewers have said, the noise from the air conditioning is very loud (Room 213). The hotel needs to fix this because it spoils what is otherwise a great place to stay
