Exceptional
The room was very good, spacious, two balconies and a view over the vineyard towards the Andes. Swimming pool. Included a free visit to the wine making sanctuary. The staff were very accommodating and even allowed us to retain the room for a few hours when our plane was delayed at the last minute.
Café at breakfast. Otherwise excellent.

Exceptional
Everything was exceptional and any requests we had were met with genuine care. The room was wonderfully spacious with a balcony overlooking the orchard and sunsets I enjoyed the fresh fruit at breakfast each day. And I enjoyed the swimming pool each afternoon.
A very nice surprise was the ability y to tour the bodega with a staff person.
Rodriguez is a gem of an employee!
The pillows were a bit lumpy. Offering large water bottles would support the environment better.

Very Good
after visiting some vineyards, it is nice to take a dip in the pool. And that is possible at finca hermitage! Staff was also super friendly and the rooms were spacious.
everything was good! you are not near the center of mendoza, but you can easily book a cabify or uber (costs very little). besides that, the wifi was not good all day, but that doesn't matter!
